5:58 pm	soooooooooo hot It is so f-ing hot here. I mean seriously, it's California!! Not supposed to be hot! It's ridiculous. It was 89 in my house the other day. Too much. I am too broke to turn on my AC. I did have thunder and lightning the this weekend though! Yay! We never get that. Ever. No real rain though, just a sprinkle. But the lightning did start several fires, including one on Catalina, which I believe is the cause for the haziness over the ocean. And my refigerator is broken, so I don't have any frosty refreshments to cool me off. But I am moving this weekend, yay! Hopefully it won't be so hot. I'm tired. Bye. 8:05 pm	shoulda called So I am looking for an apartment (well not anymore, but was). I saw and applied for two places this weekend. Place A was a one bedroom, decent size with a garage, a $250 non refundable deposit for a cat and cost $825. Place B was fairly small (actually has a mini stove), no extra for a cat, possible garage and cost $775. Landlord A went to USC (where I go) but wasn't super friendly and there were other people there looking at the place who prolly (in my mind) had better credit and rental history. Landlord B was a friendly lady who chatted with me and I only saw one other girl looking at the place, and she wasn't that interested. So Landlord A calls me while I am at work on Monday. I call her back, but she doesn't answer and I do not hear from her. Tuesday, Landlord B calls. I call her back and she tells me I get the place. I say great I will take it, since I am thinking I won't get place A. So Tuesday night I give her a non refundable deposit of $775 to hold the place until I sign the contract. Wednesday morning Landlord A calls and tells me I have the place!!!! I was mad, cause I would rather have lived there. It was bigger and had a for sure garage. But I can't lose $775. Stupid. I guess I should have called Landlord A back on Tuesday. Whatev. I guess I will live in a tiny apartment. Hopefully I will get the garage. I don't want Nessa on the street. 8:19 pm	bad credit sucks I hate bad credit. I mean, yea it's my fault, but does everything have to based on that stupid score? Honestly. I will pay my rent! I may not pay my credit card payment, but I will pay rent! Stupid credit score. And a $250 deposit for a cat? Come on now!! A cat!! She may be hairy, but that gets sucked up in the vacuum! And I would post some pics, but I have no idea how. I tried to just copy and paste, but I can't do it. Not that super computer literate. Her name is Samantha. She is black and a big nerd. And my roommate stole my cable that connects my dvd player to my tv. So now I have to watch movies on tv. Commercials suck. Whatev. I'm gonna go. Peace. 10:14 pm	nothing I am soooooo boring. I really need to get out of the house. I am lame. Lame-o. I work all day long, then sit in my house and watch TV all night. I go to the beach and wash my car on the weekend. Woo frickin hoo. I have no friends. It makes me sad. Well, I do, but they don't live anywhere near me. San Diego. It's far. And I don't really have the money to roll down there all the time. And Mare works about a billion hours a week ( I guess that's what happens when you make 6 figures) and she's pregnant, so she's tired all the time and doesn't want to do anything. And Eddie is leaving in September. Bleh. I hate finding apartments. I have shitty credit and get my money from student loans. Landlords don't love that. And now with a cat, it's even harder. 6:37 pm	here ya go Well, I'm gonna post a little somethin' since I so enjoy being voyeuristic. I should at least return the favor. Not much going on here. I am so super lazy. I do nothing. I wash my car, lay out on the beach, make dinner. Woo-hoo. Fieldwork is going well, I am learning. Well, I am feeling more comfortable with kids anyway. I am not sure how much I am really truly learning. Imitating, maybe. Whatev. Yes, whatev. I used to say it sometimes, now I say it all the time, cause my friend and I say it. It's annoying, but I don't care. My friend Eddie just came back from Washington. I am glad he's back. His girlfriend was a biatch. Marion is still pregnant. She finds out the sex of the baby tomorrow. I am pretty excited. Sad I am so alone and childless, but happy for her. My Samantha is my good friend right now. She is always excited to see me come home. I have to move at the end of the month. I hate moving. But my roomie is moving back to NorCal, so I have no choice. Well, I could find another rommate, but I just couldn't deal with it. I shouldn't have done it this time. I don't regret it, but I prolly shouldn't have done it. Whatev.:) Anyhoo, I should go. Peace. 11:46 am	busy busy busy My roommate seems adverse to getting our phone line fixed, so we are unable to get DSL, which means I cannot get on the Internet at my house, because I have been kicked off all of the ones we have been leaching off of. She can still get on, so it doesn't seem to worry her much. So I haven't been on the internet much lately. Which sucks, cause now all there is to distract me from homework is TV. But the good news is that my TV is receiving the Food Network again. It had been fading out after having the TV on for like 15 mins. But that seems to be over. Hopefully she will get that fixed when I get back from NM. Yep, that's right, I am voluntarily heading off to NM. Just for two weeks to do fieldwork for school with the Las Cruces public schools. 8:57 pm	pms sucks Seriously. What's with PMS. I'm so tired. And I have a headache. And I am always hungry but nothing sounds good. Made some delicious mashed potatoes with a beater though.:) Didn't do any homework this weekend. Well, I read about and looked up some stuff on Pet Therapy, but not really. Lindz was supposed to come over to work on the Pet Therapy thing, but that never happened. Not surprising. I did go to the beach though. Good Lord, I love California. Quite hazy today though. 10:10 pm	overwhelmed As usual. I think it is going to be like this for the next year, though, so I might as well get used to it. Some of my unit got called to go to Iraq. Glad it wasn't me. Maybe they'll leave me alone. Just another year and a half. Then I'll be a real OT. And an officer. That'll be better. It's going to be 80 tomorrow. Well, in LA, down here prolly a little less, but still amazing. Beachtime!! Yay me! Of course, I will prolly study while at the beach, but I'll still be at the beach!! I really hope my loans come in soon. I have $20. And my $100 insurance is going to try to go through soon. That's not gonna work so well. Hmmmmmm. Matt is leaving soon, and that will make me sad. He already moved off the boat and next week will be going up to Morro Bay to look for an apartment. Morro Bay is 4 hours away. That's far. But I will have homework. It will keep me busy. 6:36 pm	no wanna study So we went out last night. I haven't done a thing all day long. I went to the beach, but that doesn't count. So tired. Didn't get up till 11. Such a slacker. Then watched a movie till 1:30 then went to the beach. Took a nap, and here I am. So much for study study study all day long. I do need to get some stuff done tonight. Have to start on my Hearing Voices paper. I had to listen to a CD that made it seem like I heard voices. It was kind of weird. During it, it was annoying, but I think it was okay because I knew it would only last an hour, then I would be done. If I had those people talking to me all the time, that would suck! They were so annoying, telling me to do things, or that I smelled like shit, or just making noises. Go Away! I can see why people yell a them. Someitmes I noticed I would be trying to concentrate on what they said instead of what was going on around me, which was a series of constructed activities made up by the people who made the CD. We are going to go out and have fun. I haven't been to a bar since the Rose Bowl. Not too long ago, but that was more for business, I mean I had to!! SC was playing. Well, kind of. 9:22 pm	goo times I IM'ed my friend Kari goo instead of good today, and it has been sticking. Skiing was fun! Yay me! I hadn't been in 12 years. And that being my only experience, I figured I would suck ass. But I only ate it once, and only crashed four times. By crash, I mean run into bushes on the side of the runs.:) It was alot of fun. I would love to do it again. Matt said we might go back in a couple of weeks, we will see. It does cost alot. After the big run down the mountain, Nessa needs new brakes. Well, she needed them before, but now they are grinding. Awesome for fighting traffic on the 710 everyday. But I have to wait for loan money to come in, which of course I waited to apply for, so it will be a couple weeks prolly. Well, I gotta go do some stupid homework. Goo times. 6:00 pm	friends suck sometimes So my friend Lindsey wants me to double with a friend of one of the boys she is dating. I told her I would, but I am not sure that I want to anymore. I told her I would when I was mad at Matt, and even though we really aren't together (I guess-who knows), I feel guilty. But I also feel that if I tell him I am going out on a date that he'll be all, yea you should date other people, yea do it. And I really don't want to hear that from him. I know enventually we are going to start dating other people, but I don't wanna right now. Matt and I still hang out and whatever, and I like to live in the delusion that it will always be that way and he isn't leaving on March 1st. And of course, Lindsey is all, drop him, whateva. Well, I'm not 22, like her, and I can't do that anymore. I am sorry, I get attached. We were together for like 7 months. Not super long, but long enough. 9:27 pm	Napster Sucks I always liked Napster. It did me well, I downloaded music, imported 'em over to Windows Media Player, burned CD's, listened and enjoyed. Now the son of a mother bastards have done something to my music so I can't listen to it. I can't burn it, I can't do anything with it. Am I wrong to think that I should be able to do what I want with my music? It's mine. I bought it. Paid my 99 cents a song. What the f? And screw CompUSA while I'm a it. They are really the ones to blame I guess. I took my shiny computer in to get a virus cleaned off it. Well, they did that. And lost half my music in the process, and caused Napster to screw me over. I supposedly have 900 songs on my computer, and do you know how many I can put on my wee tiny little iPod, Bitty Guy? Less than half. Honestly! Would I have that music on my computer if I just wanted to look at it?!? No! That would just be ridiculous. I have pictures to look at. For the love of Pete.
